* People working here are easy to get along with
* Fun workplace / environment
* Supportive management
* Excellent employee support

What is your idea of an excellent customer service?


Do's:
++ Going the extra miles to help the customer
* Exceed the customer's expectation
* Not just the usual
* An excellent customer service is not only being able to resolve the customer's main concern or immediate need but also adding that extra to make the customer feel valued, thereby creating a lasting impression.
* How to create a lasting impression: Personalize each call. Treat each customer uniquely.
* Recognize the customer's issue, empathize.
* Thank the customer, look for positive points on the account and appreciate it. (e.g. Appreciate the number of years the customer remained loyal to the company, the excellent history of the customer. Give a good feedback on the customer's good maintenance of the account. Is it the customer's birth day? Why not greet her/him?)
* Establish a connection with the customer.
* Anticipate future needs of the customer and provide appropriate intervention or education.

Don'ts:

* Don't mention goals about your personal life that is not in line with the company objective. (Don't say that your short term goal: work as a call center agent for six months; Long term goal: be a nurse)
* Don't forget to show commitment. (Don't say that your short term goal: gain experience and skill from this company; Long term goal: be a part of some other better company)

Do's:

++ Hobbies and interest
* Mention about your productive past time activities that portray you as a responsible and social person with a proper work-play balance. (E.g. Sports, arts, reading, doing volunteer work)

Don'ts:

-- Don't mention your lazy habits
