Before you hit off to your call center application day, be sure to come prepared for your job interview. The call center job interview is no piece of cake, but one can definitely prepare for it. So...reminding you some handy tips:
1. ++ Be sure to arrive several minutes early before a scheduled interview.
2. ++ Appear confident during the interview.
3. ++ Show genuine interest during the interview.
4. ++ Actively listen to what the interviewer is saying / asking.
5. ++ Watch out your non-verbal ques & Avoid nervous behavior.
6. ++ Don't bad mouth your previous employer.

Before you hit off to your call center application day, be sure to come prepared for your job interview. The call center job interview is no piece of cake, but one can definitely prepare for it. So...reminding you some handy tips:
1. ++ Be sure to arrive several minutes early before a scheduled interview.
2. ++ Appear confident during the interview.
- * Maintain eye contact with the interviewer but do not stare.
- * Sit with a proper posture, do not slouch.
- * Don't speak too fast. (You may stumble on your words.
- * Make sure your are knowledgeable about a topic you brought up. (Expect follow-up question from the interviewer.)
- * Avoid too much fillers like "uhm..."
3. ++ Show genuine interest during the interview.
- * Make sure to use a jolly / enthusiastic / conversational tone when speaking. (Do not use a flat tone.)
- * Make sure your voice is loud enough to be heard by the interviewer.
4. ++ Actively listen to what the interviewer is saying / asking.
- * Avoid asking the interviewer to repeat himself/herself.
- * If you missed a question asked by the interviewer, you will really have to ask the interviewer to repeat what was said. (If not, you'll most likely give a wrong answer to the posted question)
5. ++ Watch out your non-verbal ques & Avoid nervous behavior.
- * Don't cross your arms over your lap.
- * Don't pick on your nails.
- * Minimize hand gestures. (The interviewer may think you are having a hard time expressing yourself.)
6. ++ Don't bad mouth your previous employer.
- * Don't mention the issue you've had with regard to stress, overtime, salary, or the management. (Could be taken against you and who knows the company you're applying to may be having the same issues.)
